This meeting is being called by UNEP-IETC and UNEP-GRID
[www.grida.no] to highlight
the importance of incorporating sustainability dimensions within the building
and construction sector, particularly for existing building stock; to highlight
sustainability features in the lifecycle of buildings - and wood as a construction
material; and to present the European Royal Energy Award as a measure of encouragement
to local authorities in the region. |
