INSIGHT, Spring '96 Edition
New Executive Director of GEC Mr. Fumiho Yoshino, with effect of 1 April 1996, has been assigned as Executive Director of the Global Environment Centre Foundation (GEC). His predecessor, Mr. Toshiharu Mizutani, works now as Director General of the Economic Affairs Bureau in the Osaka Municipal Government. UNEP IETC is convinced to continue the excellent cooperation with GEC under the new Executive Director and wishes Mr. Mizutani all success in his new challenging position.
