Welcome and Purpose of the meeting :
	Ms. Monique Barbut welcomed participants and present the purpose of the meeting. She got possible comments on the proposed agenda, and on the final version of minutes of the 5th IAB meeting. Each participant introduced him/herself. Steve Halls dealt with house-keeping matters.

Impact of UNEP GC 22, WWF3 and G8 Meeting on IETC :
	Ms. Monique Barbut and Steve Halls presented the outcome of the aforementioned meetings and the impact upon IETC. In addition, the main future events related to environment and sustainable development, to which IETC will contribute (e.g. UNEP Governing Council Special Session, Sustainable Building 2005) were presented. Time was given for questions and answers.

IETC Activities in 2003 Work Programme and Presentation of 2004-5 work programme :
	On the basis of the biennium 2002-3 achievements Steve Halls briefly introduced IETC draft 2003 annual report. Vicente Santiago, Hari Srinivas, and Chizuru Aoki also made short presentations on key project areas. The Advisory Board then commented on the achievements and on the corresponding outputs.

	Robert Rodriguez and Steve Halls presented the IETC website, website statistics, launch of ESTIS and e-learning. A discussion followed.

	Steve Halls briefly presented the IETC WP 2004 - 5. A discussion followed.
